In January 2025, the Theatre Royal, Glasgow will host a new production of Titanic the Musical. Join Shine Productions in retelling this incredible story, brought to life with music, lyrics and book by Tony-Award winning, Maury Yeston and Peter Stone. Based on the journeys of real passengers aboard the RMS Titanic, this musical is an emotionally stirring production focusing on the hopes, dreams and aspirations of each passenger aboard the ship of dreams.

ABOUT AUDITIONS

We will be holding an OPEN CASTING CALL for Titanic The Musical in August 2024. We are looking for ADULTS and YOUNG PEOPLE all ages to be part of this incredible production. We will be conducting an INFORMATION EVENT followed by open auditions for anyone who would like to take part.

 

We will be seeking ACTORS 18+ to star in lead roles, featured roles and ensemble. All roles are open to actors of all backgrounds, genders, and ethnicities. We will also be seeking YOUNG ACTORS under 18 to feature in the ensemble.

ABOUT OUR STUDIOS

Shine Productions are based in their own studios & arts centre: The Lighthouse in Carluke, Lanarkshire. Weekly rehearsals will take place in our studios on Tuesday evenings and Sunday daytime. Our purpose-built centre includes 4 rehearsal studios, studio theatre, offices, workshops, and coffee shop.

 

Travel by car – approximately 30 minutes (20 miles) from Glasgow City Centre.

Travel by train – Carluke Station is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride away.
